Conduct each exercise for the prescribed reps.
Do not rest between exercises.
Take a 1 minute break between rounds and continue for your level.

Use weight that allows you to barely get through the exercise

MODERATE – 3 ROUNDS
ADVANCED – 5 ROUNDS

Alt Dumbbell Chest Press – 30 reps (15 each arm)
Bent Over Dumbbell Ground and Pound – 30 reps (15 each arm)
Bent Over Barbell Row – 30 reps
Alternate Standing Dumbbell Press – 30 reps (15 each arm)
Bulgarian Split Squats – 30 reps (15 each leg)
Romanian Dead-Lift (RDL) – 20 reps (10 per leg)

Medicine Ball Core Shredder MMA Workout

Effective core training requires that you train the core both dynamically and statiically, as well as in all 3 planes of motion.

I call this workout he Medicine Ball Core Shredder as it utilizes both dynamic and static exercises, as well as exercises that work all 3 planes of motion.

Use this workout to fully train your abdominals for developing a rock-solid core that not only looks good, but works better to help you deliver more powerful strikes.

Perform 2-4 circuits, resting 1-2 minutes between.

1) Walkouts x 3
2) Side toss x 5 per
3) Situp chest toss x 10
4) Overhead side toss x 5 per
5) Chop toss x 5 per
6) Russian twists x 10
7) Front slam x 5
8) V-ups x 10

Focus on good form first, speed and velocity of throwing the ball second.

MMA Workouts Bodyweight Conditioning

We put a full mix in this one. Mostly pushing exercises and the back can be worked after with some deadlifts or chin ups. For mixed martial arts fighters and other demanding jobs like soldiers, firefighters and swat, this is great stuff.

Each exercise interval is done for 60 seconds then head to the next drill immediately with no rest.

The lungs got hid hard on this one with the bag work and sprint combo. The pylons hit the agility.
